"Being a piece of a title-winning group at Chelsea was astonishing yet I felt now was the ideal time to proceed onward in light of the fact that I need to play consistent football."

Bournemouth finished the Premier League season in ninth place, securing top-flight football for a third progressive term.

"Asmir is an exceptional goalkeeper who has substantiated himself fit for performing at the most abnormal amount over various years," Bournemouth chief Eddie Howe said.

"He is at the correct age and the correct fit. He is a pioneer also and precisely the sort of character you need in the group."
