Hockey World League Semi-Final: Rupinder Pal Singh, SK Uthappa ruled out of tournament

India' protector Rupinder Pal Singh and midfielder SK Uthappa will pass up a great opportunity the Hero Hockey World League Semi Final competition. Rupinder has been precluded of the competition because of hamstring damage while Uthappa returned back to go to a family crisis.
